Strong performance and steady progress in the Open Women’s Hammer

Ultra Throw’s Megan Teolis brought the heat at the Oregon Relays on April 4–5, throwing a new personal best of 37.52 metres in the 4kg hammer! Competing in the Open Women’s category, Megan went up against some strong athletes and held her own, finishing 7th overall — all while keeping her throws clean with zero fouls.

Although just shy of her 40m goal, Megan left the meet energized and proud, knowing she’s on the right track. And just imagine the distance she could hit with the 3kg hammer, which is her actual age group weight!
